Without strong digital infrastructure to engage citizens, American neighborhoods pay the price, becoming ghost towns of their former selves. We see it in our dwindling neighborhood associations, low parent engagement in schools, and subpar voter turnout—all of which directly impact the civic fabric and success of our local communities.
